Lifted Health & Wellness is a medical dispensary based in San Francisco, California. They have been innovators in medical cannabis delivery since 2010. Their wonderful staff of friendly and knowledgeable patient/couriers bring patients their orders via motorcycles and scooters, allowing them to keep wait times and environmental impact to a bare minimum.
Stoke Interactive was brought on in 2012 to completely redesign their website. Since jumping on board, it has been an amazing experience. Over the past few years, we have been working closely with Lifted to create a user friendly online experience for their customers in SF. Since they offer at home delivery of their medications, we wanted customers to be able to view the ever changing menu and place orders, all through the website. To place an order, it is necessary for patients to be verified by submitting paperwork and legal documentation, so we created an automated system for this process. Since the menu changes often and daily deals are offered, we wanted to make it easy for the team at Lifted to manage the menu through a simple backend interface. They now have the ability to upload images, manage descriptions, and add categories as needed. They also have the ability to update the a section on the homepage to keep all customers up to date with announcments, specials, and news.
In addition to the website, we also created print collateral that matches their brand identity to pass out around the city in an effort gather new members.
The new laws are ever changing, so Lifted keeps us on our toes with new additions to the website all the time. They are loyal partners and are great at what they do.
